Turn Your Inner Bully Into Your Inner Bestie

I just got back from assisting my lovely teacher Kia Miller with her 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute. The training was incredible, and it reminded me how important it is to take breaks from our daily lives, to get off the grid, and to reconnect with our spirit and community. I’m revived and happy to be alive!

One of the greatest things I reconnected with while I was studying the Yoga Sutras again, was the principle of pratipaksha bhavana. This profound practice has the ability to transform our own lives and those with whom we interact! It has a massive ripple effect! Tune into my vlog
