Parvati’s private training sessions are action (yang) oriented and emphasize balance and structural alignment. She integrates lessons learned from her world travels and the many disciplines she has studied. She keeps her sessions positive and encouraging, engaging clients at their own level to create the most efficient and effective class for each individual. Her clients have attested to weight loss, improved flexibility, strength, and performance as well as reduced stress, anxiety and pain.
Parvati’s private healing sessions are more passive (yin) and work deeply on the senses to support the body’s relaxation response. Depending on an individual client’s needs, sessions may incorporate Reiki, massage, sound, color therapy, aromatherapy and guided visualization. These sessions help to relieve clients’ performance anxieties, insomnia, depression and chronic pain.
